The encapsulants used were titanium, zirconium, and magnesium oxides. In our experiments, we varied the deposition time and the oxygen pressure in the sample chamber. As a result, optimal conditions were found for encapsulant film growth on the phosphor powder, which considerably improved the service stability of the emission of electroluminescent light sources. After service aging, the brightness of a magnesium oxide-encapsulated phosphor sample was 80% higher than that of the uncoated sample.Библиогр.: 17 назв.
