In contrast to the traditional innovative training aimed at developing competences as the basis for further professional development of students to self-actualization and self-development. Professional (subject) competencies contribute to the formation of a future specialist creating the necessary conditions for the full development of personality especially its professional component. Meta-subject and personal competences constitute a kind of "umbrella" embracing all spheres of human activity not only its professional component. Innovative pedagogical technologies the shift of the educational paradigm with subjet-object relations to subject-subject contribute to changes in the educational environment making education not just a vocational-oriented but also meets all the requirements of the modern labour market.
