The electrolytes for microplasma oxidation method were modified by ions of transition metals (Fe, Co, Ni, Mn) to provide radio-absorbing properties in infrared area. X-ray diffraction data confirm the presence of nanoscale metallic phases, as well as ferrites. The measured reflection coefficient in the wavelength range from 1,5–22,5 mkm is not more than 60 %.Библиогр.: 4 назв.
