С. 153-155Abstract: The investigation of the effect of micro arc oxidation pulsed voltage on microstructure and structural phase transitions in the lanthanum-silicon-incorporated calcium phosphate biocoatings was performed. The biocoatings deposited under 200-250 V have X-ray amorphous structure. The increase of the pulsed voltage from 300 to 350 V leads to the formation of amorphous-nanocrystalline structure in the coatings with volume fraction of crystalline phase to 57 % and incorporation of nano crystallites of CaHP04, P-Ca2PfD7 and ТЮ2 (anatase) phases.Библиогр.: 3 назв.
