C. 13-15Abstract: The article is devoted to the issues of matching the distributed oscillatory systems of piezoelectric motors (OS PM). The authors proposed to use a method for matching the impedance of the generator and the load to determine the working resonance frequencies of distributed OS PM. This method allows, in a simplified form, to analyze the characteristics of distributed OS PM. In work, the method is tested for various types of load PM: inertial, elastic, mixed.
